Foodmate Obtains Indonesia’s MUI & BPJPH Halal Certifications, Accelerating GlobalGelatin Market Expansion
Foodmate has officially obtained both Indonesia’s MUI KETETAPAN HALAL and BPJPH SERTIFIKAT HALAL certifications, covering key products including bovine gelatin, fish gelatin, collagen, and collagen peptides.
This achievement further strengthens Foodmate’s international compliance capabilities and supports the company’s continued expansion into Indonesia and the global Muslim market. It also reflects Foodmate’s long-term commitment to quality management, global regulatory standards, and customer-focused service.
Supporting Global Customers with Higher Standards
Indonesia is one of the world’s largest Muslim consumer markets and maintains strict halal requirements for animal-derived food ingredients. MUI and BPJPH certifications are important qualifications for entering the Indonesian market and are widely recognized by food, nutrition, and pharmaceutical companies when selecting suppliers.
With both certifications in place, Foodmate can provide customers with stronger compliance support, more stable supply assurance, and greater confidence when expanding into Southeast Asia. The certifications also help customers improve market entry efficiency and better respond to local regulatory requirements.

Proven Global Manufacturing Strength
As an export-oriented gelatin manufacturer, Foodmate products are supplied to more than 60 countries and regions worldwide. In several overseas markets, Foodmate gelatin has become one of the major imported gelatin sources.
Backed by an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons, the company continues to invest in product stability, supply chain management, and professional global service. Foodmate’s product portfolio is widely used in food & beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, beauty-from-within, and pet nutrition applications.
In addition to the Indonesian halal certifications, Foodmate also holds GMP, HACCP, FDA Registration, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and EU registration certifications. Earlier this year, the company also achieved both Sedex and EcoVadis certifications, further demonstrating its commitment to quality, compliance, social responsibility, and sustainable development.
Foodmate looks forward to working closely with global partners to create new opportunities and deliver reliable ingredient solutions to customers worldwide.
